Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the website vophuthinh.com (the portfolio of Vo Phu Thinh) handles. The site is a personal portfolio; it has no user accounts and does not sell data.

Data you send

If you submit the contact form or call POST /api/contact, your name, email address and message are forwarded to the site owner by email through the EmailJS service. They are used only to reply to you and are not published or shared with anyone else. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory for rate limiting (five messages per hour) and is not stored permanently.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views and performance. These tools are cookie-free and do not identify individual visitors. The site stores your theme and language choice in your browser's local storage; this data never leaves your device.

Third parties

Fonts and icon libraries load from public CDNs (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr). Those providers may see your IP address when serving files. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and other sites are governed by their own policies.

Your rights and contact

You can ask to access or delete any message you sent by emailing vophuthinhcm@gmail.com. Public API endpoints (/api/profile, /api/skills, /api/projects, /api/mcp) return only information the owner has already published and collect no personal data. This policy may be updated; the latest version is always at vophuthinh.com/privacy.
