- **HPT D-DAY 2026 AI Chatbot** — answered 141 questions during the one-day event on 15 October 2026; bilingual n8n chatbot: a Gemini agent reading live Google Sheets tools, grounded answers and suggested follow-up questions.
- **HPT D-DAY 2025 Chatbot** — RAG chatbot grounded on official event data; handled 850+ attendee questions.
- **Lyly AI Assistant** — enterprise assistant with real-time voice/text, hybrid-search RAG and multi-step reasoning (2nd prize).
- **H.I.H HotNews Intelligence Hub** — automated business intelligence for 76% of HPT employees (3rd prize).
